my mobile data isn’t working

hello my data isn’t working, i have 117GB left but it won’t work out the house? any suggestions for the reason, been going on for days now.

Hi @lacey_rigg I can imagine it's frustrating when you have so much data left but you can't use it.

Are you calls and text's working, or are they affected too?
