gift data

is anyone still having problems gifting data as i am unable to do so today

Have you tried using the EE app and EE account online to gift data? 

Do you get an error message?

Yes, I’ve tried off my mobile and iPad but still get error message.  Can’t get hold of anyone from EE either.
