hi anyone else have issues since yesterday 9am 17/05/23 that port 445 has been switched off on ee data internet using access to Microsoft Azure cloud based platforms
Tried 3 different sims hot spotted to ee phone data direct to laptop still will not working switched to Vodafone data sim works perfectly fine?
spoken to ee say they haven't changed anything? seems very strange as our setup has worked this way for the last 11years with no problem till yesterday at 9am 17/05/23
ee small buisness support lady just kept saying they would not open ports (computer says NO!)
anyone throw any light on this issue its not a router problem i have removed that and direct hotspotted to laptop?

Welcome to the community.
I'm not sure what could be causing those problems. Have you tried connecting to it through a different laptop device?

Use a VPN, I faced a similiar situation with FTP as apparently access to all IP ports is not guaranteed on EE
