Why my UK data all used up while roaming

Hi my UK data seems all gone while I am roaming abroad. I switched off sim1 which is UK sim ,and using sim2 which is china sim ,why is it still losing my uk data, will I get a big bill from EE ?

@viviminmin you cannot use your UK allowance, whilst in China, you have to purchase a roaming data add to have data there.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
