Why is my internet so bad?

I've got unlimited data with EE and I can barely get online with it.

Ironically, the only way my signal is strong enough to get on here is by buying some EE data for £10 for 24 hours on my phone, without that getting online would be almost impossible at this time.

 

Is this normal? I'm not sure how else to deal with it

Also I've asked on the app and now it's logged me out of the app and I can't get back in, I was talking to a customer service advisor but now it won't let me in I'm not sure what to do.

I spent most of last week trying to connect and looks like I'm gonna spend most of this week trying to disconnect lol

I only joined a few days ago, can barely make a call or use the internet

Welcome to the community. 

Are you currently in the UK trying to use your phone?

Does this happen in multiple areas? if yes, I would recommend testing your SIM in another device to see if this continues.
