Why does it say open till 9 on customer services but when you ring it shut at 6

Hi @Ryan298 

Our contact centre opening hours are:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm

Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm

If you're trying to contact a store, opening hours may be different.
