What happened with my EE data internet?

I recently moved to EE and my internet data is not working good, I have another number with Giffgaff and it's working fine but with EE is worse. Is there anyone who knows how to fix it please? Thanks

I presume that "not working good" means it's slower than you'd hope for? Or is there a different issue?

Is this happening in one specific location, or different areas?

Is slower and the coverage is not that good. It's only in my location B26, I don't know if there's any solution for this.

That location is almost exactly halfway between 2 sites - one at Sheldon Country Park, the other closer to Yardley Cemetery. The Yardley site is comfortably covering further towards the airport than your location though.

Are you able to comfortably make & receive calls? What data speeds are you achieving?

I'm getting less than 15mb/s. I live near airport B26. I have GiffGaff SIM with data and is working very good but with EE SIM I have issues with it, I don't know if you guys can help me to fix it. Thanks

I did but is showing everything is working good but it doesn't work good for me. I used differents devices and still the same issue.
