Unable to Gift

For some strange reason when trying to gift data within my family account it keeps giving me an error saying, unable to process try again later. This is happened for a few days now and despite me having in excess of 90gb unused data… is is only me? This is in the U.K. and recipients phones are U.K.

Does this happen both through the My EE app and My EE desktop site?

Both sadly. On the app it does not even recognise all numbers in the family group, it does on the desktop site though

OK, thanks for checking, @PeterGen 

I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can look into why this is happening and gift the data manually.
