Hello! I have encountered a problem. I have a contract for unlimited internet with a maximum speed of 100 Mbps. However, for some reason it used to be fine with 100 Mbps, and now it is only 10 Mbps. Please help me solve this problem. Thank you!

Hi @Stas0n4ik

Thanks for coming to the community.

Any speed caps are dependant on your plan, have you made any changes recently?

10 Meg does comply with being at most 100 Meg! No contract is being broken. Mobile speeds cannot be guaranteed,
