Hello. We been abroad and spend all our data. And bill is paid ,but our cards is still suspended. Please,could you help me,as we need to use our data.thank you

@Za28 Was you late paying your bill ? If you was and you’ve now paid that bill it’ll take up to 24h before it’ll start working again.
Can you make calls and send texts ? Do you have any data allowance left to use ?

When did you make a payment? it can take up to 24 hours for services to resume.
