Is it possible to make this website free, even for those without any data plans?

 

Also, if a company suggests making their website free (even for those without a data plan), would this be possible?

Hi @000A.

 

If you don't have any data left, you can access add-on.ee.co.uk for free to be able to purchase more data.

 

It's not possible to access the internet without having any data available.
