Shared contract

Hello, I share a phone contract with my mum, I’ve recently just bought the iPhone 17 (phone only) but the phone is sim free and I didn’t realise. As I share a contract with my mum I was wondering if the sim free will still work and won’t effect my mum?

Simply move your existing SIM from your current phone to your new phone.

It's the SIM which holds your account details and suchlike, so you can chop & change that SIM between whatever phone you like - your account simply transfers with it.

@Cozzad1   A sim free phone just means it doesn’t come with a sim.  It’s just the phone and you put your existing sim in it.
