EE perks no longer valid

Hi all.  Has there been a change in EE perks? Apparently my account no longer works, I am a civil servant so it should work.  I've been using it for years now. But no longer works. Tbh with 4 contracts it's a big loss if it doesn't work.

We can't load this right now
