Hi @Lyd3

What does it say when you text "ROAMING" to 150.

Is international calls and text active? (No from the image).

Thanks

Hi @@

Can you check for updates to your EE app as it looks like you're on the old app.

Yep it's all updated. Should I uninstall and try again?

Don't worry or bother about the app. If it's doing the same in your online MyEE the issue lies deeper than the app. The app is a red herring.

If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Yes it's on the online account too. Thanks I'll ring them now.

Same issue as that reported by a few of us here:

https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/My-EE-app-and-website/Bug/m-p/1158319

Just read them all. I rang Customer Services and all they said oh glitch in the system but definitely account is set up for roaming.   Will see tomorrow when I land. Thanks
