Roaming in the EU (italy)

Hi,

I bought the £15 subscription pack with 25GB of data and before I bought it and left for Italy texted 150 to figure out roaming costs for this plan. It said and still says when I text 150 that I can use my pack at no extra cost in the EU which is why I bought it. I am now getting texts and having my data blocked until I pay the fees for weekly or daily use. I am wondering if someone can help me because this is currently a waste of money and I have bought a product which is not what I was told. I started the plan on 11th June and was getting all this info then as well so do not see why it is not working.

Hello @benoli. 

Welcome to the community. 

From June 6th there is a charge for pay as you go customers to use their phone whilst roaming. 

If you have a subscription pack you will be required to purchase a roaming add-on which is £2.50 per day or £10 per week. 

When did you text 150?

Thank you for your reply Katie. I texted 150 yesterday on June 13th and it said I could use the pack with no extra costs.
