Hoping someone can help - I’m trying contact the EE number given to call from abroad if roaming issues and it just continually says unavailable please try later. It’s the usual EE woman’s voice on the message.
On the click-through text I got upon landing it just says ‘waiting’ on my unlimited data of 50GB I have (paying monthly) and I’ve managed to access Caribbean £7.50 for 24hrs but shouldn’t have to pay that every 24hrs when I have the data! Why does it say waiting?
I’ve tried everything turned phone off and on, disconnected WiFi etc. please help! How do I get through to UK helpline?!
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Bermuda is in roaming Zone 3, where the add-on includes access to your UK call & text allowances but not data - this is a 500Mb/day allowance instead. This may explain your symptoms.
Are you able to use mobile data?
You contact EE-CS on +44 7953 966150, if you'd prefer to answer the above question to a CS agent.
