@lfrancis139 So you called customer services to request content lock to be removed? Or you went to a EE store to make this request?

I am on contract, I have switched content lock off and it’s made no different

@lfrancis139 Have you checked all the settings for that app so it can use mobile data ?

I spoke to a technician last week and thought the issue was resolved but it continued. I have also made sure it is off in my EE app

I recommend getting back in touch with our technical support team to let them know that it didn't work. That way they can continue with the troubleshooting and try to get to the bottom of your problem.

Yes I’ll be doing this. Luckily it hasn’t been too much of an issue because I’ve been able to get WiFi wherever I go .. however it is still annoying in between those times while I’m out.
