@streffie : If you are using a Bluetooth connected mobile phone for your navigation system you can't possibly need any APN settings on your car's  navigation system (it doesn't have any SIM) but the mobile phone will already have the correct APN settings on it.

I think you should be concentrating on your last but 2 image, SETUP" function, & ignoring the SCREEN instructions.
