What sort of issues are you seeing with your data connection?
Is it happening all the time or occasionally?
Is it only happening in one location or everywhere?

I’ve just had a nightmare with renewing my contract on 3 lines on my account so this morning the retention team did me a deal on the full works plan with unlimited data, uncapped speeds. Since that’s gone active my speeds seem capped at 5mps. The wife and boys mobile also changed tariffs capped at 100mps but their data speeds much higher. Neighbour getting speeds well over 100mps at same time as I test mine.
I’ve tried:
Switching data on/off
resetting network settings (several times)
switching phone on/off
No VPN running
Data setting set to 5g auto. Tried switching between 4g and 5g only modes
phone is iPhone 15pro.
it was fine before the tariff switch

I'd recommend contacting our Technical Support Team on 150.
They'll be able to take a look at this at an account level and run through any further diagnostics that are required.
