Hi,
I NEED HELP URGENTLY PLEASE
there is a QR code website that I use for work and I have the same issue that only EE has started blocking access to it since yesterday. It really is effecting my company severely since you guys are the biggest providers. The company is called QRFY and the server that EE blocks is qrft.io it is not a scam website and they are a very good company for qr codes. Please help me resolve this

Hi there, this is still not working for any of my QR codes on EE (works fine on other mobile providers and Wifi Providers) but its back to being blocked on EE by the looks of it, for any code generated.
an example below - qrfy.io/r/PIDN5kF4it
It appears to block any generated QR from qrfy.io and I need this rectified urgently as its used to manage our restaurant Allergens systems across the UK

I am unable to access my QR codes generated by qrfy.io & qrfy.com a company that manages dynamic QR codes and generates them, this is an ongoing issue where they appear to be blocked by EE, but the links work fine with other mobile phone networks and Wifi networks.
example link below :
none of the above links work on EE, it just goes to page error.
We use this site to generate them for our companys allergen websites for restaurants across the UK, so we need this rectified ASAP please.

This worked for 4 days, then reverted back to not working again as if it had been re-blocked.

Hi @Matt_Pollard
Welcome to our community.
I have just tested this and it does seem to load. Was it more than one EE mobile that you tried it on?

Good morning, i've just checked again and they now appear to be working on the network again? So I assume its been moved back onto the whitelist.
It has been blocked a few times over the last few weeks so could we look at the route cause if possible? As it causes a huge impact when customers can't access and EE is one of the larger networks for people using their phones to scan the QR
Thanks - Matt

Hi,
We detected that qrly service was being exploited by bad actors with some some QR's re-directing to a scam site, this is why we acted to prevent harm to our customers.
qrly have since removed their link to the site and service has been restored. We're working with them on process so we shouldn't blanket block the domain again.
