Phone upgraded and no data

I recently upgraded my phone to a sim only contract. Yesterday i still had a lot of my 45gb contract, it’s upgraded today to my 20gb contract but the app is saying I have 0 data left and will refresh in 29 days. I haven’t used the 25gb and now I’ll be paying a months bill to not receive data! Why isn’t my new data allowance showing?

What does it say in your EE Online account? Does that show that you have data left?

Online gives me this
Whereas yesterday I had not used anymore than about 10gb from the 45gb before the change over

That looks a bit strange. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check your account for you and try to fix this.

I’ve tried this service twice today on the chat option. Both times they’ve told me they’ll give me a month of free data, which I haven’t received and can’t seem to resolve the issue!
