Personal hotspot

I am quite worried as I turned my phone off at 12:45 pm today and since then I have nothing but issues. 
1. lost all connection can’t send any messages or receive any 

2. Personal hotspot has disappeared completely won’t let me turn it on or anything 

I have restarted my phone 21 times normal way and the forced shut down and also reset network settings and nothing. 
I keep getting a message saying please contact EE to add this to my account. 
but which is even more confusing I used it everyday so why has it been removed or what is going on with my account because I have had nothing but issues from random unexplained charges to promises not being kept too.

I would really like some answers to what’s going on as I seem to not be the only person having this issue and honestly if EE is having technical issues they should really let their customers know so they aren’t worried as to why they can’t contact anyone with their own data which they use 24/7

Thanks for coming to our community.

I'm not aware of any technical issues that would be causing this. Have you been in different areas since this problem started and had no service anywhere?

Are you able to access your phone's menus at all? If yes.. Can you do a manual network search - does EE show as available?
