Hello, even though I top up, my ee plan is not updated. Can I know why?

Hi, I have a Pay As You Go plan that usually renews every month. I have enough credit in my balance, but it hasn’t renewed this time.

 

I was advised to text 150 with NOW and also tried PLAN10, but neither worked.

Could you please check and help me reactivate my plan?
