Packet loss for the last 3 days.

I'm seeing about 20% packet loss over the last 3 days and its made using the internet a nightmare. I've checked the area and it keeps saying no issues but theres something wrong!

 

Using RUTX12 on 2 EE sims.

DG2 8QN area.

 

Can someone from EE assist with this as the Live chat dosn't work.

Thanks for this, Apparently there is an issue on the local mast but still having the same issue of dropping packets.

 

Even when i look on the status checker it says there are still no issues on the mast, is there any update on when it will be fixed its pretty much making using the net impossible right now.

Have you reported the issue on the status checker an received a response to advise there is an ongoing issue?

Ive reported phoned talked to several people but no one seems to be able to help, everytime they troubleshoot they go through "slow speeds" but its not my issue so its not going to help me.

 

Everything internally on my network is giving me no issues, if i switch to a voda sim no packetloss, if i change to another device on EE still packetloss.

 

im at a loss and tied into these contracts for another 20 months when they are pretty much unusable at the moment.

Is the Network Status Checker still showing an issue in your area?

No it is now all green, however it was all green when the issue first started to happen before the mast issue was even noticed.

Thats a month now of packetloss, ive submitted a complaint and asked to be released from my conracts this is ridiculous.
