Hi there, I need to make sure I have data available on arrival in Cyprus tomorrow. Enquiry via calling 150 said I would be called back within 15 minutes by an operative, but nothing has happened well over an hour later. Tried to do a live chat on the website, but appears that option is no longer available to PAYG customers. Tried visiting a EE shop last week and they said they can't help either as they only deal with Contracts not PAYG.
Is there any other way to speak to a person?

Welcome to the community.
As long as you have made a call or sent a text message from the SIM card whilst in the UK, your SIM will work abroad. Are you looking to use all of your allowances, or just buy a data add-on? You can find everything you need to know on our Roaming tool.
