Why not able to access my betting apps unless on WiFi!!! Pay for a service every month with a contract of data, madness to be honest, now trying get onto the EE app and there also a problem supposedly
can’t speak to customer service due to working hours, not a online chat either 🙄

It sounds like you may have age restrictions applied on your account, you can find information here about Switching Content Lock OFF

@Josdpaget because you need to request content lock to be removed from your account and you can do this by calling customer support and with a credit card pay a refundable token to have content content removed or you can go to an EE store with in date photo ID and make this request there. You need to prove you’re over 18.
live chat is available via the EE app under help. Live chat is only available during EE opening times. Customer support isn’t 24h
