No cell or data signal

I lost my cell and data signal on Friday and don’t know what to do. No one can call me as a message says my number doesn’t exist. 

I’ve updated my phone cleaned the sim etc but still nothing. It’s been days now and no one has come back to me.

@Kjwhitter  As this is your first comment on here how else have you tried to make contact with EE ?   You have no working sim so no one from EE can call you if you arranged a call back.  

Can you try a different sim in your device? Or your sim in a different device ?   Have you been to an EE store to request a replacement sim or even test different sim in your device ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Are you in the UK or abroad? Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?

This message saying your number doesn't exist - is it an audible one? Is it in the same voice as per the EE voicemail & CS menus?

I have 3 other ee users in the house and a business where my staff have ee handsets, so we’ve had many ways of communicating. 

We have been dealing with the comms via a member of my staff. 

6 days now and still nothing back from them. 

we’ve also played the game of swapping phones and sims. Didn’t work. 

UK, pay monthly, audio message.

i haven’t analysed the style of voice.

What happened when you tried the SIM in another phone, did you have signal?

Hi, no signal when the sim was in the other handset. My number is the only one effected.

Thanks for coming back to me @Kjwhitter 

It sounds like the SIM card may be faulty, if you call us from any other phone the team will get the account looked into and send you a replacement SIM if this is the problem.
