National Lottery App and Online

Sign in to the app, try to purchase ticket, tells me "You are Offline" 

Re-sign in, re attempt, again signs me out, says I'm offline check Internet.

Tried on Google, done exact same.

My signal is absolutely fine!

My parental access is 18+ too

Can you try switching parental control back on to restricted. Wait for an hour and then switch it back to off, to test if that allows you access again?

I have exactly the same problem. I have a dual sim in my phone but when I use EE to purchase a ticket it says 'off line'. When I switch to my 3 sim I have no issues. Im also set to 18+ so I should have any issues. It's really annoying.

Have you been able to try the advice above from @Ali_A?

Do you have issues with accessing other sites or is it just the National Lottery?

It could be worth flagging this with our technical care team by calling 150.

Ive tried everything. When I connect to WiFi it's fine, just cellular I
have an issue with. It doesn't affect any other website, just the national
lottery. Ive contacted the national lottery technical and they cant see an
issue their end. I will go back to EE for further advice

I am one of the original customers that posted on this issue about 2 yrs ago, the issue is still there. I have spoken to the team on 150, been into the shop and yet noone can still solve this issue!

Using the web browser on EE cellular network or WiFi you can access the national lottery website but CANNOT ACCESS THE APP UNLESS ON WIFI with EE.

Other networks do not have this issue. I am an android user and my last 2 handsets which were also different makes still had the same issue.

 

EE developers need to look at the coding in the app as something in the code is preventing access via 4G/5G
