My daughter is in Italy and can’t use data we say roaming is on - any advice tks

Is data roaming switched on in the settings on your daughter's phone?

I didn’t even think of that!!! Thanks so much I’ll check with her

No problem at all, @Martinamo. If it still isn't working after she checks that, it may be worth her trying to manually connect to a different Italian network to see if the issue is the same.
