You may have content lock on your account. 

Are you on contract or PAYG?

On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .

On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your My EE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

If you are unable to access gambling sites on your mobile data connection, the most likely cause is having the content lock enabled. Our help page contains the steps for removing or amending a content lock both for pay monthly and pay as you go mobiles if you would like to give it a try.
