I cannot use my data. My Internet only works when I’m connected to Wi-Fi which is super inconvenient. Trying to get through to a human on 150 and have been on hold for 1hr so far.

I done this and worked
I resolved issue! Go Settings - Mobile Data - Network Selections - Turn off automatic! wait until shows other Network - Chose o2 and wait 30 sec then chose ee but not automatic! REstart Your phone and should be fine! Mine working right now!

Im goong to contact as many EE customers facing this issue and ask tuem to screen record speedtest so we can take an action against EE for false advertising and make change as we are all faxing tue dame issie bit f8ghting alone. Do you wamt to join the group?

How fast is ypur movile data as Im only receivong 1/7Mb not evem 1MB, speeds we had over 20yrs ago.

We certianly don't want you to be struggling with your speeds, so I'd love to get this looked further into. Have you looked at our Service Checker to see if there is any work being carried out that may be causing this, or is this happening in a wider range of areas?
