Why do I get a "no internet connection" when I am away from home outside when I still have nearly 5Gb unused

Does this happen on all internet-based functions on your phone, or only particular ones?

Does your phone show at least 4G coverage &/or VoLTE/4G-calling when this happens?

Hi Bristolian, thanks for your email. It was a weird glitch, affected
everything, but today has been fine. Today I popped into an ee store who
could not explain it other than lots of tall buildings around may have
affected it. Thanks again
