Mine is the same too. It's driving me mad!

Have you checked EE network status checker: https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status

  1. Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
  2. Are you in the UK.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Is your coverage as a whole, dropping out?

Or are you just losing mobile data but still able to make & receive voice calls?
