I have been having problem log in in my app from both laptop and phone and no wifi wtsoever on my phone since this morning. Pls fix this ASAP

EE don't provide WiFi to your phone. They provide their mobile network.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

@Sumixsumi , in order to get wifi, you need to have broadband or connect to broadband, plenty out there if you are somewhere other than at home, most places now offer it. Nothing to fix.
Do you have fixed broadband? Are you having problems or are you having problems with mobile network or both?
