My mobile data doesn’t work,especially WhatsApp and other social media apps

My mobile has 6 GB data,but it doesn’t work,kindly cancel my contract,I want to switch to another provider

How long has this been happening? 

Can you make calls and send texts?

I can make call and texts but my mobile data (internet)doesn’t work

@gulmandokhail  Is content lock enabled on your account?    It’s it’s enabled and it’s set to strict you will not be able to use any social media apps you need to have content lock removed.   

 You can not terminate a contract on here this isn’t customer services and you’ll be required to pay off any remaining term of that contract.
