@gulmandokhail Is content lock enabled on your account? It’s it’s enabled and it’s set to strict you will not be able to use any social media apps you need to have content lock removed.
You can not terminate a contract on here this isn’t customer services and you’ll be required to pay off any remaining term of that contract.
