4g no longer working 

reset network setting, restarted devise, checked content setting

@LL22  Have you looked at THIS as you can check the network on your area.    Also do you have any data left from your allowance. 

Plenty of data allowance left

Not checked today but been going on a few days now and no issues when I checked the network before

Are you only having issues in one location or everywhere?

 

Does your phone show it is connected to 4G in your status bar?

 

Can you make calls and send texts OK?

What happens when you try to load a web page over mobile data @LL22?

When loading a web page I get a message saying safari cannot open the page because your iPhone is not connected to the internet or safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding

Thanks for that information it really helps.

 

Could you please try the below steps for me, and let me know if it helps?

 

1. Turn airplane mode on and off again

2. Restart your device

3. Check you have the latest software

Are you able to try your SIM card in another phone?

 

This would help us to determine if the problem is following your phone, or your SIM card.
