Mobile data keeps goin off!

What is going on with EE lately? My mobile data keep shutting off at random times. It says no work being done ect by me (Wirral) so what is going on!

What do you mean by "keep shutting off"? What happens when you try to use mobile data? And can you make & receive cals at the time?
