Mobile Data not working

Been with ee 2 weeks mostly use wifi but the last 2 days noticed I get nothing on mobile network. I have a samsung s8 which is 4g but the network is 5g

The network is any 'G' that it likes to be to suit your device. So that's not the reason it doesn't work.

Assuming you've already toggled flight mode, is this issue evident in multiple areas that are a few miles apart?
