Had this message. Hi from EE.
As you've reached your Spend Cap, we've now barred some chargeable services, including using your phone abroad. If you're the account holder you can increase it by logging in to My EE or texting SPEND CAP to 150. If you're not the account holder, they'll need to do this for you. 

only just joined EE - was a big delay getting connected and I would like to know how I can have reached my limit already? What is this due to when my phone has only been connected a matter of days!
