Hi I reported my phone lost months ago then gave me a new phone and a SIM card with the same number does ee delete everything off my phone like wallet and photos and contacts and messages

No, if it's been lost EE has no access to it. They will just blacklist it so it can't be used on a mobile network but it could be used over WiFi.

If you had a PIN or other device-level security set, this could protect your personal data. If not, then anything stored on the phone would have been potentially free for a thief to use if they wanted to.

Also with my new phone and SIM card if I call and message on my new phone will my old phone get the messages
