I lost 4gb data due to there being no wifi and want to reclaim this loss. How do I go about it?

Your mobile data has nothing to do with WiFi.
Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.

@malapawar You mean you’ve used 4Gb of data and you think EE responsible for you not using Wi-Fi as there wasn’t a Wi-Fi connection you could use so you used your data allowance. Thats what a data allowance is for for you to use. EE isn’t responsible how you use your device.
