Hello, good time, I went to your agency in Panti a few days ago, I made my mobile data unlimited, today I received a message that your internet is over and my internet speed is low.

Did they say when your plan was going to start? What does it say under the Plans & Subscriptions section of your EE Online account?

As @Christopher_G said, its possible your plan hasn't started yet. You are likely on "Stay Connected Data" at 0.5mbps as you are out of data.
