Dear ee team, I want to let you know that I have an issues with the signals I want to terminate this I don't want to decrease your reviews so please I want to change my network and I also can't be able to buy a phone on installments contracts are very expensive then other networks . So I requested to you please terminate my contract....

This is not customer service,
If you terminate the contract before the minimum term, you will be liable to pay the rest of the contract off, minus 4%, and if you have a device payment, you will need to pay that off, please read the terms and conditions of your contract.
You can apply for a PAC code to give to your new provider. I would also suggest speaking to customer service to see what they can do for you, always worth speaking to them.
