@Gillian19784 If accounts are offline you can’t. You’ll have to wait until access to accounts are back online. EE will only take account s offline when maintenance work is required and this will happen when it’ll not effect the majority of customers, so this will be late at night, 11am onwards. So gift any data before this or wait till the morning.

HELLO THERE,
Depending on what you're sending, there are a few easy ways to get it over securely. For smaller stuff like documents or pictures, email or services like Google Drive or Dropbox work great. But if you've got something bigger or more sensitive, we might want to use something like WeTransfer for encryption or a secure cloud storage service. Can you tell me a bit more about what you're sending, so I can give you the best advice?

@kylie_kimm2345 No one is sending any documents it’s data gifting do you know what that is ? It’s an option for EE contract customers who can gift some of their data allowance to another sim on their account so that sim can have more data.

@Chris_B Yes, I understand what data gifting is. It’s a feature available to EE contract customers that allows them to share a portion of their data allowance with another SIM on their account. This means if one SIM is running low on data, another SIM with extra data can transfer some of its allowance to ensure both have enough to use. It's a convenient way to manage and balance data across multiple devices or users on the same account. If you need assistance with how to set this up, feel free to ask!.
