How to gift data when the website says there is a technical fault currently.

How do I gift data to my son’s phone when online it says there is a technical fault and can’t be done right now. It’s been like it for 2 days. Any suggestions welcome. Thank you

@KirstyMather Is that via the EE app or via your online EE account ? Have you tried both ways ? If it’s via both ways then you need to call customer support to log the issue and also request that they gift the data for you. This will have to be tomorrow now as CS is now closed.
