What are you trying to do, and what's happening exactly?

I’m encountering the same problem. I’ve been gifting data via the app for years. Now all of a sudden I can’t seem to manage it at all. Please EE this really isn’t a good situation.  Please resolve this.

I can't seem to gift data between numbers on the same account.  I'm SIM only but was on a full contract with both phones being EE contracts. Any ideas?

Hi @peterquantick I'm sorry to hear you're unable to gift data between your numbers.

Have you made any changes to your plan since you were last able to gift data?

Not at all.

We had a phone contract until about a year ago but since then have been SIM only. Up to then I was able to gift data to the other number but not since. I need to do that now but can't for some reason
