Cheers Peter, I called 150 they informed that there is a glitch which should be rectified soon. They transferred my data on the phone. Top service

I'm not aware of any issues in particular with data gifting right now.
Will this work for you normally, and can you please check to make sure your app and phone software are both fully up to date?
