Gift data

Great stuff, can't gift data due to app maintenance to my daughters phones.  There should be a way of rolling over data so that they're not down to nil when maintenance is being carried out.  I hope when the maintenance has been completed the app is on a better state than before.  Numerous attempts to get into it in the 1st place, and very slow at gifting data.

Hi @Tessa1611,

You should still be able to gift data if your daughter's app isn't working - only your app is needed to gift data and she will receive a text when it is ready to use. Have you tried rebooting the device or reinstalling the app?

You can re-download the app quickly by texting APP to 150.

You can also gift data via your online My EE account.
