Hi, I bought a 1G 7days data add on but i think it was automatically set to start after my normal monthly pack data is finished. So my add on expired while my monthly pack data is also gone. Could I please get the 1G add on restarted please? Thank you.

@393515471  Any data add ons you purchase always start after you have used up your allowance.     You only purchase these if needs be.    To see if EE will add this back on to your account you’ll need to call customer services. Don’t be surprised if they say no.
