Hi I’ve brought a we sim for my router and I’m trying to get gift data from my re app but it says no contact so I phoned EE and they say the gift data isn’t work right now on the app but they could do it over the phone… Is that right because I wanted to do it through the EE app not phone all the time

Is it on contract or PAYG? You can't gift data from PAYG.

What about the plan you're gifting to?

Which error message do you see?

Just phoned EE very helpful there’s something wrong at there end… he said I am eligible for gift data but for some reason I can’t do it through the app but hopefully it will sort itself out
